Rental fees

Rental fees payable by the tenant: (included in the rental price):
12,71 % HT + VAT (current rate) on the owner’s gross price for all rentals.

Breakage/cleaning packages (included in rental price):

– Studios from €70 to €100
– 2 Rooms from €100 to €140
– 3 Rooms from €120 to €170
– 4 Rooms from €150 to €250
– 5 Rooms from €200 to €300
– Chalets from €250 to €800

Megève tourist taxes:
(per day and per adult over 18, for 28 days maximum):

– 5-star accommodation €3.50
– 4-star accommodation €2.60
– 3-star accommodation €1.70
– 2-star accommodation €1.00
– 1-star accommodation €0.80
– unclassified accommodation €2.00

Administration fee: €50 incl. VAT for rental contracts of less than 1 month and €100 incl. VAT for contracts of more than 1 month.

Lost property recovery fee (excluding postage): €30 inc.

Management fees payable by the owner:
8% excl. tax + VAT (current rate) on rents and rental charges.

Rental appraisal fee: €60 inc.

Mandate creation fee: €200 incl. VAT (deducted from the first rental).

Photo report: invoiced according to photographer’s conditions

Inventory costs: €60/hour incl. VAT

Cleaning hours invoiced by the agency: from €40 to €80 inc. tax/hour, depending on the invoicing of the service provider involved

Vacations: €60 incl. VAT/hour (including travel time)

a) To be paid by the lessor :

– Brokerage and negotiation fees (lump sum): 150€ incl. VAT
– Fees for visiting the lessee, compiling his file and drafting the lease: 8 € incl. VAT per m²
– Fees for the initial inventory of fixtures: 3 € incl. VAT per m²
– Management fees: 8% + VAT on the amount of rent collected.

b) To be paid by the tenant :

– Fees for visiting the tenant, compiling the file and drafting the lease: 8 € per m² including VAT
– Fees for the initial inventory of fixtures: 3 € per m² including VAT

Commercial leases: 20% excl. tax + VAT of one year’s contractual rent

Seasonal or special leases: 10% of total rent excluding VAT

Vacations: €120/hour (including travel time)

Miscellaneous administrative expenses (mandatory diagnostics, insurance files, complaints, etc.) : Flat rate €100 inc.
