Maximum rental fee scale from June 1st 2022
I. Seasonal rentals
Maximum rental fee to be paid by the tenant : (included in the rental price) :
15,25 % (including VAT) of the owner price, on all rentals.
Cleaning packages (including VAT) (included in the rental price) :
– Studios from 70 € to 100 €, according to the area
– 1-bedroom apartment from 100 € to 140 €, according to the area
– 2-bedroom apartment from 120 € to 170 €, according to the area
– 3-bedroom apartment from 150 € to 250 €, according to the area
– 4-bedroom apartment from 200 € to 300 €, according to the area
– Chalets from 250 € to 800 €, according to the area
Tourist tax :
(per day and for 28 days maximum) (adults older than 18 years) :
5-star accommodation : 2,50 €
4-star accommodation : 2,00 €
3-star accommodation : 1,50 €
2-star accommodation : 0,90 €
1-star accommodation : 0,75 €
Unclassified accommodation : 2,00 €
Package : recovery of forgotten objects (exclusive postage fee) : 30 € (including VAT)
Administrative fee : 40 € (including VAT) for each rental contract under 1 month and 60 € (including VAT) for contracts of more than 1 month
Maximum management fee to be paid by the owner :
8 % excluding tax + VAT (current rate) on the rents and the rental fees.
Owner administrative fee : Deducted from the amount of the first rental made : 300 €uros (including VAT) (photo report, assembly of the file).
Inventory costs (to be paid by the owner) :
35 €uros incl. VAT/hour,
Hours of household, invoiced by the agency (tenants and owners) :
From 40 € to 80 € incl.VAT/hour, according to the provider’s billing (cleaning company)
II. MAXIMUM RENTAL-MANAGEMENT FEE (ANNUAL RENTALS):
a) To be paid by the landlord :
– Mediation and negotiation fees (fixed price) : 150€ incl. VAT
– Taker’s visit fee, assembling the dossier and drafting of the lease : 8 € incl. VAT/sq-m
– Check-in inventory fee : 3 € incl. VAT/sq-m
– Managing fee : 8 % + VAT on the rents collected.
b) To be paid by the tenant :
– Taker’s visit fee, assembling the dossier and drafting of the lease : 8 € incl. VAT/sq-m
– Check-in inventory fee : 3 € incl. VAT/sq-m
III. COMMERCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL LEASES FEE
– Commercial leases : 20 % excl. taxes + VAT of the annual conventional rent.
– Temporary or exceptional leases : 10 % (excl. taxes) of the total rent (excl. taxes).
IV. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES
– Vacations : 60 € incl. VAT/hour (including travelling time)
– Various administrative costs (related to mandatory diagnoses, insurance records, submission of complaints, etc.) :
